My morning log, day who knows.
Hello Brave Souls!
I've started writing my mornings like a cosmonaut filing mission reports.
Observations from Earth: the light today was good. Tea: adequate. Creative resistance: moderate to heavy before 9am.
It sounds a little ridiculous. But there's something useful in the cosmonaut frame. A cosmonaut doesn't judge the data, she records it. She shows up to the log whether the mission feels meaningful or chaotic. She trusts that the pattern will make sense from a distance.
I've been doing this with my creative work and it's genuinely changed how I see my process. Less "why isn't this working" and more "interesting, note that." One produces shame. The other produces material.
You already have data. You just might not be logging it yet.

P.S. The tea thing is still unresolved.
